1. We are licensed to sell to multifamily residential communities only. We do NOT sell to individuals. Sorry.
2. We provide free, next-day delivery with no minimums to the areas of Texas we serve as outlined on the Home Page. We can ship to other areas of the state, but delivery charges and minimums may apply. Please call us for a quote.
3. We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover, and American Express. Of course, we will also accept prepaid orders. You may open a 30-day account with 2 current credit references. We reserve the right to limit your credit purchases based on your payment history with us.
4. Our agreement with our manufacturers allows us to sell nationwide through our parent entity, J.G. Global Distributors LLC for remodeling and rehab projects. Please call us for a quote. Minimums apply.
5. We are strictly wholesale to the Community Management industry, and we cannot sell to individuals under any circumstances. We do not maintain a retail store, and we do not stock parts or perform any repairs. Pricing may be adjusted to reflect bulk ordering, credit experience, and other factors. Contact your account representative if you have any questions.
6. Warranty repairs, when needed, are handled by our respective manufacturers. All of our products carry a one year limited warranty. You will need the model and serial number when calling the manufacturer, as well as the date of purchase. Call us for contact information.
7. We are not affiliated with any other company outside of Texas calling themselves ApplianceDirect. We currently operate in Dallas/Ft. Worth, San Antonio, Austin, and Houston. We also have limited operations in other portions of Texas.
